Injustice to children and parents under the auspices of family law
Injustice to children and parents under the auspices of family law

Domestic crimes have become increasingly prevalent in Egypt as a result of unbalanced personal status laws, which grant custodians and divorcees absolute power to deprive parents of their children, rather than protecting the child's best interests. Without a real legal deterrent, some custodians persist in their deceit, stubbornness, and immorality.
Fatherhood turns into a bitter struggle, and Egyptian fathers—the pillars of society and its patient, strong men—are forced to break these sterile laws by resorting to kidnapping their children, after they were deprived of seeing them with the help of eternal custody laws for women and feeble, superficial visitation laws.
Thus, the disaster becomes that this crime is seen as a legitimate crime. And how to eliminate this phenomenon that destroys the family is through the law of God and the Sunnah of His noble Messenger and following the Hanafi school of thought, which is the basis for marriage contracts. The law, the Sunnah of the Prophet, and the four schools stipulate that the age of custody returns to 7 years for a boy and 9 for a girl, and the father is number two in the event of the mother’s death or her marriage without giving the child a choice. The educational guardianship is the right of the father, and activating hosting and joint care instead of visitation is the balance of power for the family and the preservation of the homeland and its children.
I hope to God Almighty and then to the legislators that the children and fathers of the citizen will be saved.
